it’s going to be a long journey if i continue to imagine what life would be like if i had done this thing, or if i hadn’t done this thing or if i would have left things alone etc. so i’m going to ignore it and continue living my life.
but it’s so hard to ignore it when it’s there
and trying to eliminate things will just be even harder
so just leave things alone.
it might be hard at first, but keep your mind focused on the moment and continue doing your everyday routine without letting these small things interrupt you.
it’s just a piece of paper, or a memory, or even, a person, whom you’d like to get rid of, but what’s going to be left if you erase them now?
nothing.
leave it alone, and watch your life change knowing you’ve kept these things in and haven’t messed with them since.
you’ll be fine i promise, just don’t keep the negative vibe that things would be better if you erased them, because it wouldn’t have.
but if it helps, get rid of them, just don’t expect yourself to NOT think about them simply because you’ve eliminated them from your life.
they will still be there
you just won’t see them.
