i just can never let people go for some reason,
the person may not be here anymore, but the memories are.
it’s just, hard to forget someone who’s consumed your life and changed you in many ways. i just don’t think it’s right or fair at all to let them go like nothing happened.
which is why i fight for them to be here
but i wonder, if i should even bother trying to keep someone who doesn’t want to stay.
and i wonder
if i let them go, would i feel better, or worse?
