eid mubarak 2018

Alhamdulillah for all that has come and all there is to come

We didn’t think we would experience Ramadan this year. Alhamdulillah x10000

Many of us struggled this year and didn’t have it all together, myself included. Ending Ramadan probably wasn’t the best for a few of us but at least we know what there is ahead of us, or at least, we’ll look forward to the opportunities ahead of us.

Just because Ramadan is over, does not mean our iman is over. We can still do the same things we did during Ramadan outside of this month, we just need to put in more effort than usual.

With that being said, continue to fast, continue to give to charity, pray and make lots of dua for yourself, your family, friends loved ones and of course, the ummah. We need to continue on with our Ramadan routine if we want to be true servants of Allah and we can only do that by not giving up on our recent actions.

“don’t let a whole month go to waste in one day” something I’ve kept in mind since last night. It wouldn’t be nice to let all the good you’ve done in one month go to waste because of one or more days after Ramadan.

Saying that:

I hope Allah has accepted our actions in this month and I hope he blesses us with continuous blessings and rewards in the future. May we get to see another day of Ramadan, Allah willing, and may we get to experience another year filled with happiness, love and success in this dunya. Ameen.
