picture yourself being in the highest form of happiness. what would you want in life and how can you achieve that? talk yourself into being happy. tell yourself that you are happy and convince yourself that being down all the time won’t get you anywhere.
if you continue to be down and contemplate almost everything in your life you won’t be able to go on. take small steps towards happiness and you will achieve your goal every time.
it’s hard to be happy without a reason. there needs to be a reason for being happy, you might think. but we can look at it from another perspective. why be down all the time? why waste so much time being sad when you can be happy? it’s not easy of course it takes time. trust me. but if we think about all the things that can happen. all the bad things that could be going on in our lives and all the good we could be doing instead, we can erase the bad vibes and create a positive atmosphere for ourselves in order to achieve happiness.
everything will be okay I promise. it’s just a matter of time before things settle.
