why can’t we just speak the truth sometimes?

why are we afraid to say what’s on our mind?

and why do we fear that we might have said something wrong?

if that’s what we’re feeling, why is it wrong for us to feel that way? our instincts don’t lie to us, so why do we believe others when they tell us that we’re wrong?

it could be nothing. but maybe i’m right and not wrong for feeling this way.
